Financial Affairs Department
- Apply financial laws, regulations, and regulations related to the council.
- Preparing the annual budget draft of the council and its final account, in coordination with the concerned administrative units.
- Carry out all financial procedures for purchasing errands, tools, furniture, machines, equipment, spare parts and all the needs of the Council in coordination with the Administrative Services Department.
- Preparing exchange documents and other financial transactions.
- Monitor the implementation of the credits, audit revenue and expenses accounts, and prepare the necessary periodic reports.
- Coordination with the financial supervisory authorities regarding the regulations and contracts, and responding to the comments of these authorities regarding the financial transactions in the Council.
