Legal Committee
The Legal Committee is responsible for:
According to article 21 of the Council's bylaws,
- Study the recommendations related to the proposal of legislative tools projects for municipal affairs and make recommendations on their issuance.
- Examine the legal aspects of issues that fall within the council's jurisdiction.
- Study the requests of public discussions and proposals or wishes referred to them by the Council for a legal opinion.
- Other matters referred to it by the Council or the Chairman.
