First: proposals or desires
To make proposals or desires in matters within the competence of the Council, and to be submitted in writing to the Chairman of the Council.
Second: A special request for the member's constituency
Submits a written request to the Secretary-General of the Council, to present it to the concerned authorities for a decision, and then to inform the Council of what has been done in this regard.
Third: Requesting a general discussion directly in the Council’s sessions
Based on a written request signed by five members and with the approval of the Council, it is permissible to raise one of the general topics that fall within the competence of the Council for discussion and exchange of opinion in it with the competent authorities.
