The Public Services and Facilities Committee is responsible for:

According to the text of Article (18) of the Council's Bylaws

1. Searching in the planning, programmatic, economic and social aspects of municipal affairs and agriculture and requesting any data, studies or reports related to the ministry’s departments and municipalities and their proposals, for their consideration and expressing their opinion.
2. Propose the establishment of public parks and follow up on their maintenance.
3. Supervising the public transport of passengers.
4. Propose the names of cities, villages, neighborhoods, squares, streets, markets, and parks.
5. Study effective means to combat begging, manage the homes of the elderly, help the poor, and provide relief and prevention to the victims of fires and natural disasters.
6. Study and research the conditions necessary to house animals in inhabited dwellings, as well as neglected animals.
7. Other matters referred to it by the Council or the Chairman.

The committee consists of the following members
