Council Office

The Council's office consists of the Chairman and Vice Chairman and five members who are elected from the members, and is responsible for assisting the Chairman in the following tasks:

1. Consider the suggestions and requests made by the members, and the complaints and grievances of citizens before submitting them to the Council.
2. Adjudication of objections concerning the minutes of the meetings.
3. Consider the council's annual general budget and its final account after they have been prepared by the Secretariat and before submitting them to the Council for approval.

The Secretary-General edits the minutes of the office meetings and adopts it with the members present.

The council office is composed of the following members
