- Preparing and following up the correspondence of the members with the various authorities regarding the nature of the membership duties.
- Receive, register and deliver correspondence, complaints and proposals received to members of the citizens, follow up their procedures and prepare a response to them.
- Receive, record and deliver responses received to members from official authorities.
- Express its point of view in everything related to the membership duties.
- Prepare and maintain the files of members and electoral districts and organize their circulation.
