Meeting affairs
- Preparing a draft agenda for each Council meeting, and present it to the Secretary-General.
- Preparing requests to invite officials in various administrative bodies to attend the meetings and present them to the Secretary-General.
- Preparing requests to fulfill any data or information necessary to assist the Council or its committees in carrying out their work tasks, and presenting them to the Secretary-General.
- Prepare a draft agenda for each meeting of the internal committees in the council, and present it to the Chairman.
- Preparing minutes of each meeting including a summary of the discussions that took place in it and the decisions reached.
- To Prepare a file for each of the council’s meetings that includes the topics on its agenda, documents, and documents related to each of them, and distribute it to the members before the meeting by enough time.
- Keep a record of attending council and committee meetings.
- Preparing a summary of the topics presented to the Council, including a statement, and specifically the issues for which a decision is required.
- Preparing recommendations and decisions to be approved in the council meetings, and follow up to achieve them.
