Financial Affairs Committee

The Financial Affairs Committee shall have the following competencies:

According to the text of Article (20) of the Council's Bylaws

1. Discuss and study the annual council budget draft and its final account.
2. Study proposals for imposing local taxes and fees.
3. Study ways to improve the Ministry's revenue collection operations.
4. Study the financial aspects of the council referred to it by the council or the ministry.
5. Research and study the issuance of local orders to impose fees on some services and matters that are not covered by the regulation in force.
6. Other matters referred to it by the Council or the Chairman.
