Follow-up and Development Department

• Evaluating the performance of the administrative units in the council and the level of service delivery to citizens and preparing the necessary reports in this regard.
• Preparing organizational guides for the work in the council and proposing to amend and update them in the light of the results of studies on assessing the performance of administrative units and the level of service delivery to citizens.
• Developing work systems and methods and simplifying the procedures in the Council.
• Study the problems and constraints of administrative work in the Council, examine their causes and propose appropriate solutions to them.
• Assist the council and the committees in carrying out their work in the fields related to municipal affairs related to monitoring the implementation of laws, decisions, and regulations related to the powers and powers of the ministry and the council.
